Have Barbecue Grill Will Travel

Do people enjoy your barbecues so much that they’re forever telling you that you ought to bottle up this stuff, or open your own barbecue joint? It’s that good, huh? Well, maybe you ought to consider it. You know, doing more than just barbecuing for friends and family for fun. How about cooking for the masses for profit?

Can’t you just picture it? There you are standing behind the beautiful smoking barbecue grill, wearing your “Kiss the Cook” apron and hoisting a shiny and gleaming barbecue spatula. The line forms even before the first steak hits the grate; these people are all here for your special barbecue. This is what dreams are made of.

Alright, so maybe that dream is a little “out there” and you have no intention of selling (or even sharing) your secret special barbecue sauce recipe (it’s anchovy paste, right?). But what if you want a grill befitting your “special” sauce? Everyone in the neighborhood has the same old run-of-the-mill grill, but you want something different. Something better, bigger, “specialer.” If that’s the case, then you might want to consider upgrading to a commercial grill, ‘cause they’re not at all what you think. They’re amazing.

You can actually buy pre-fabricated portable grills and/or smokers which are completely and efficiently housed in sheds, shacks, cabins and even lodges. All of them are equipped with everything you need to create a barbecue masterpiece - from counters, cutting boards, and refrigerators to the kitchen sink. All of them can be towed or hitched to the destination of your choice (think of the tailgate potential!). Imagine parking one of these in your backyard? You’ll be the envy of every husband in town!

If price were no object, then any of these choices would be the answer to your prayers. If price is an object, then this would be a nightmare. Of course, there’s always the Hibachi, on sale now at your local mass merchandiser.
